County Council Services
There are many features of our environment for which the Carmarthenshire County Council are responsible. You can’t expect them to fix everything that upsets you but they can’t fix things that they don’t know about.
So why not tell them about it using the Report It page on the Council’s web site. You will receive a reference code for your communication and if it comes under one of these topics it should get fixed. These are direct links to the online forms.
- Abandoned Vehicle
- Air Pollution
- Benefit Fraud
- Dead Animal in Public Place
- Dog Fouling
- Faulty Streetlight
- Food Complaints
- Fly Tipping Incident
- Fly Posting
- Graffiti
- Highways Defect
- Housing Repairs
- Lost or Stray Dog
- Litter Problem
- Missed Refuse Collection
- Noise Pollution
- Parkland and Open Space Report Form
- Pest Control Problem
- Planning – Report a possible planning contravention
- Refuse left out on wrong day
They don’t want to waste time hunting for the problem so they do need clear details of its location. There is an interactive map with some clever features but it’s not that easy to use. For some categories you can include a photo.
If you can’t make the online system work you can simply send an email to direct@carmarthenshire.gov.uk, ring 01267 234567 or even send a text to 07892 345678.
