If you find it hard to talk to the Police on the telephone or in person when asked lots of different questions, this scheme can help you.
• To register contact 101 and ask for a PEGASUS application form or go online at www.dyfedpowys. police.uk.
• Choose your own password.
• You will receive a key fob through the post when you have registered.
• Ring the Police telephone number 101.
• Say the word “Pegasus” and then your password.
• Tell the Police of you are at home or somewhere else.
• The Police will then know who you are and can help you.
• If you or someone else is in danger “right now” remember to dial 999 and say “Pegasus” and your password.
• You can also show your Pegasus key fob to an officer if you need help when you see them.
